The International Buyer‑Seller Meet, hosted by the Tripura State Agriculture Department, aimed to showcase the region’s high‑quality organic fruits, vegetables and spices.
The event drew participants from several countries, giving local farmers a platform to negotiate direct deals with overseas buyers. Ratan Lal Nath highlighted that the meet would help farmers secure better prices and expand export markets.
