Around 33,000 aspirants will sit for the Assistant District Police Officer (ADPO) exam in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday, with test centres in Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior.
The Madhya Pradesh police department will conduct the Assistant District Police Officer (ADPO) recruitment test on Sunday across 83 centres in Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior. A total of about 33,000 candidates have registered for the examination, which is scheduled from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Security arrangements include CCTV surveillance at each venue and biometric verification to confirm the identity of every candidate before they enter the examination hall. These measures aim to prevent impersonation and ensure a fair testing environment.
The exam is part of the state's ongoing effort to fill vacant ADPO posts and strengthen the police cadre. Candidates who clear the written test will proceed to subsequent stages of the selection process, which typically involve physical endurance tests and interviews.
Officials have urged candidates to arrive well before the reporting time, carry valid identification, and adhere to the COVID‑19 protocols that remain in force at the centres.
