14 Customs Staff Missing as Bhote Koshi Flood Ravages Rasuwagadhi, Nepal

Heavy rains have caused the Bhote Koshi River in Nepal's Rasuwa district to swell dramatically, breaching its banks and inundating the Rasuwagadhi border area. The surge swept away the Rasuwagadhi customs office, where fourteen staff members are now unaccounted for.
