Central Narcotics Bureau officials intercepted a car at Sikandra Toll Plaza in Dausa district, Rajasthan, seizing over 115 kilograms of illegal opium.

In a significant operation, the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) has seized approximately 115 kilograms of illegal opium in Rajasthan's Dausa district. The seizure took place at the Sikandra Toll Plaza, a key transit point.

Acting on a tip, CNB officers intercepted a car bearing Jharkhand registration plates. A thorough search of the vehicle revealed the contraband concealed within three sacks. The opium was packed into 109 individual packets.

Authorities have apprehended a smuggler in connection with the seizure. The estimated value of the confiscated opium is substantial, indicating a major drug trafficking attempt was thwarted.
