A recently announced OTT agreement has been described as toxic, delivering a significant blow to actor Yash and his production team.
An agreement between actor Yash and an unnamed OTT platform was announced earlier this week, marking a new distribution strategy for his upcoming projects.
Industry insiders have labeled the terms of the deal as "toxic," citing concerns over revenue sharing, creative control, and exclusivity clauses that could limit the film’s reach.
The announcement has reportedly dealt a significant blow to Yash and his production team, who had been preparing for a traditional theatrical release.
As of now, the parties have not released a detailed contract, and Yash’s representatives have indicated that they are reviewing the offer before making a final decision.
