In Amritsar, Punjab politician Dhaliwal delivered a strong statement, labeling the BJP as a repository for disgraced leaders from rival parties.
Amritsar witnessed a sharp political remark on Thursday when Punjab politician Dhaliwal publicly criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He described the BJP as a "junkyard of disgraced leaders" from other parties, suggesting that the party provides a platform for politicians who have fallen out of favour elsewhere.
The comment was made during a press interaction in the city, drawing immediate attention from local media outlets. Dhaliwal's remarks reflect ongoing tensions within Punjab's political landscape, where rival parties frequently contest each other's credibility and leadership.
No further details about the context of the statement or any response from BJP representatives were reported at the time of writing.
