സെക്രട്ടറിയായി മംഗളത്തിലെ വി.പി. നിസാറിനെയും തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു.
മലപ്പുറം പ്രസ്‌ക്ലബ്ബിന്റെ 2026-28 കാലയളവിലേക്കുള്ള ഭാരവാഹികളായാണ് ഇരുവരും തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടത്.

തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി രണ്ടാം തവണയാണ് വി.പി. നിസാര് ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടറിയാകുന്നത്.

MALAPPURAM: Vimal Kottakkal (Mathrubhumi) and V.P. Nisar (Mangalam) have been elected as the President and Secretary, respectively, of the Kerala Union of Working Journalists (KUWJ) Malappuram District Committee.
Both were elected as office-bearers of the Malappuram Press Club for the 2026–28 term.
The other newly elected office-bearers are:
Treasurer: T.P. Sureshkumar (Madhyamam)
Vice President: U. Vinayan (Deshabhimani)
Joint Secretary: Geethu Thampi (Suprabhatham)
The newly elected district committee members are:
Mujeeb Pulhichola (Siraj)
P.V. Najeeb (Chandrika)
Sudha Sundaran Parakkal (Deshabhimani)
This marks the second consecutive term for V.P. Nisar as District Secretary.
District Returning Officer Sherin Mohammed and Assistant Returning Officer C.P. Abdussamad led the election proceedings.
