The 79th Alami Tabligi Ijtema in Bhopal’s Eentkhadi, scheduled for Dec 4‑7, has set a target to reduce water consumption by 30% while promising better mobile connectivity and on‑site help desks at the railway station and bus stand.

The Alami Tabligi Ijtema, a large religious congregation organized by the Tabligi Jamaat, will be held in Bhopal’s Eentkhadi area from December 4 to 7. This marks the 79th edition of the event, which draws participants from across the country for sermons, prayers and community activities.

Organisers have announced an environmental target to cut water usage at the venue by 30 percent compared with previous editions. Measures such as low‑flow taps, monitored water points and awareness messages are being introduced to achieve the reduction.

In addition to the sustainability drive, the Ijtema promises upgraded mobile network coverage to ensure reliable connectivity for attendees. Temporary help desks will also be set up at the nearby railway station and the main bus stand to assist pilgrims with travel and accommodation queries.

The combined focus on resource conservation and improved services reflects a broader effort by religious bodies to address practical concerns while maintaining the spiritual purpose of the gathering.
