Adani CNG has increased its fuel rates by ₹2.30 per kilogram, marking the second price hike in just 13 days ahead of the Diwali festival.
Adani CNG has announced a revision in its fuel prices, raising the cost by ₹2.30 per kilogram. This marks the second consecutive price increase by the company within a span of just 13 days.
The decision to hike rates comes ahead of the upcoming Diwali festival, a period typically associated with increased demand for cooking and heating fuel in Indian households. The company stated that the new rates are effective immediately.
This rapid succession of price adjustments has drawn attention from consumers and industry observers. While the lead does not specify the exact new rate per kilogram, the cumulative impact of these two hikes in two weeks is notable.
The move reflects broader trends in the compressed natural gas market, where pricing is often linked to global crude oil prices and domestic supply dynamics. Consumers in areas served by Adani CNG will now face higher costs for their daily fuel needs.
