We are committed to the Code of Ethics under Part III of the IT Rules, 2021 and follow the "Norms of Journalistic Conduct" of the Press Council of India and applicable programme codes.

How to File a Grievance
Any user or viewer may file a complaint regarding our content by emailing our Grievance Officer at the address above. Kindly include: (a) the URL/link of the content, (b) the nature of the grievance, and (c) your name and contact details. The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and dispose of it within 15 days of receipt.
Three-Tier Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- Level I — Self-Regulation: By Need24 News through the Grievance Officer named above.
- Level II — Self-Regulatory Body: A self-regulating body of publishers, registered with the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, to which we are affiliated.
- Level III — Oversight Mechanism: The Oversight Mechanism of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India.
If a complainant is not satisfied with the decision at Level I within the stipulated time, the grievance may be escalated to Level II, and thereafter to Level III.
Code of Ethics
We adhere to the norms of journalistic conduct — accuracy and fairness in reporting, verification before publication, respect for privacy, avoidance of content that incites violence or hatred, clear distinction between news and opinion, and prompt correction of errors.
