Kalon Tsegyal Chukya Dranyi, a high-ranking official within the Central Tibetan Administration, recently visited Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. During his visit, Dranyi addressed a gathering of the Tibetan community residing in the region. Following his address, he met with the Ecclesiastical Minister of Sikkim to discuss matters of mutual interest.
