The Jamui police have submitted a nearly 300‑page charge sheet naming seven suspects, among them Nandan Yadav and Hare Ram Yadav, for the illegal entry on Madwa Hill.

The investigation into the Madwa Hill trespassing incident in Jamui district has been concluded, and police officials handed a detailed charge sheet of about 300 pages to the court on Thursday. The document outlines the evidence collected over several months, including witness statements, forensic reports and surveillance footage.

Seven individuals have been formally accused, with former local leader Nandan Yadav and his associate Hare Ram Yadav listed among the primary suspects. Authorities allege that the accused entered the protected area of Madwa Hill without permission, violating forest and land‑use regulations.

The charge sheet has been filed in the Jamui District Court, where the case is expected to be listed for a hearing in the coming weeks. If convicted, the accused could face penalties ranging from fines to imprisonment, depending on the severity of the violations.

Police spokesperson Rajesh Kumar said the comprehensive filing reflects the department’s commitment to enforcing environmental and land‑use laws in Bihar, and urged the public to respect protected zones to prevent similar incidents.
