Rajkummar Rao's 'Prahaar' crosses Rs 30 crore mark on day 17

The biographical drama ‘Prahaar: The Ujjwal Nikam Story’, starring Rajkummar Rao, hit theatres earlier this month and portrays the life of celebrated prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam.\n\nBox‑office figures released by trade trackers show that the film has crossed the Rs 30 crore threshold in India on its 17th day of exhibition, signalling robust audience interest.\n\nIndustry analysts note that the collection places ‘Prahaar’ among the higher‑earning Indian releases of the year, especially for a content‑driven film without a typical commercial formula. The steady earnings reflect a growing appetite for real‑life courtroom narratives among Indian moviegoers.
