Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari of Rajasthan told a rally in Ajmer that the BJP will win every Panchayati Raj seat, accusing the Congress and Rahul Gandhi of focusing on theatrics.
Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari addressed a gathering in Ajmer, asserting that the Bharatiya Janata Party will capture every seat in the forthcoming Panchayati Raj elections. She singled out the Congress party and its leader Rahul Gandhi, accusing them of being preoccupied with drama and statements rather than grassroots work.
Kumari emphasized that the Congress's popularity on the ground has eroded, suggesting that voters are no longer swayed by the party's rhetoric. Her remarks framed the upcoming local elections as a decisive test of each party's connection with ordinary citizens.
In addition to the political critique, Kumari highlighted the state government's initiatives to expand sports infrastructure and support athletes, presenting these measures as part of the BJP's development agenda.
The statements were made ahead of the scheduled Panchayati Raj polls in Rajasthan, where the BJP seeks to consolidate its dominance across the state.
