The film 'Mirzapur The Movie', starring Pankaj Tripathi, earned ₹60 lakhs on its 28th day of release, according to The Times of India.
'Mirzapur The Movie', the cinematic adaptation of the popular web series, recorded a net collection of ₹60 lakhs on its 28th day of theatrical release. The Times of India reported the figure as part of the film’s ongoing box‑office performance.
The Hindi crime‑thriller, featuring Pankaj Tripathi in a pivotal role, has maintained a steady audience turnout since its opening. While the film’s opening weekend saw a higher haul, the 28th‑day earnings reflect its sustained appeal among viewers.
Industry analysts note that a ₹60‑lakh collection on the fourth week is a respectable return for a mid‑budget production in the current market, where competition from new releases often erodes earnings quickly.
The film’s producers have highlighted the role of word‑of‑mouth and the loyal fan base of the original series in keeping the movie in theatres. They anticipate a gradual decline in collections as the week progresses, but expect the film to finish with a healthy total net.
'Mirzapur The Movie' continues to be a talking point among audiences, with its gritty storyline and strong performances keeping it relevant in the crowded entertainment landscape.
