The glasses feature a built‑in camera and gesture controls that recognize payment requests and authorize them via the user's linked bank account.
The integration uses Jio's existing payment infrastructure, enabling instant transfers to any UPI ID.

Jio plans to roll out the product in select markets later this year, with plans for wider availability by 2025.
