Jharkhand High Court Reinstates JSSC CGL Exam After Government Cancellation Order

The Jharkhand High Court on Monday overturned the state government's directive that had cancelled the JSSC CGL examination scheduled for March 2024. The court found that the cancellation order was issued without following the required procedural steps and violated the rights of the candidates. As a result, the exam will be conducted as originally planned, with the same dates and venues. Candidates who had already registered can now prepare for the test, and the recruitment process for Jharkhand State Civil Service will resume. The government has yet to issue a formal response to the court's ruling.
