Dalit Youth Claims UK Job Loss After Pune College Caste Discrimination

A Dalit youth based in Pune has filed a formal complaint, claiming that a caste-based bias at a local college caused the loss of a job opportunity in the United Kingdom. The student says that during the admission process, the college’s selection panel allegedly considered caste as a factor, which led to the denial of a scholarship that was tied to the overseas position. The claim has drawn attention to the broader issue of caste discrimination in higher education institutions and its impact on international employment prospects.
