BJP leaders Dharmendra Pradhan and Nithin Nabin commenced the 'Save Democracy' padayatra across Haryana, coinciding with an INDIA bloc rally.

BJP’s national campaign team, headed by Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and senior leader Nithin Nabin, began a ‘Save Democracy’ padayatra across Haryana today. The march, which covers key districts in the state, aims to rally support for the party’s democratic values amid rising political polarization.

The route will take the leaders through urban and rural constituencies, with stops in Panipat, Hisar and Faridabad. At each stop, they will meet local leaders, farmers and youth groups to discuss governance and development issues.

The padayatra launched on the same day as an INDIA bloc rally in the region, where opposition parties gathered to protest against the government’s policies. The BJP’s move is seen as a direct response to the opposition’s narrative.

Political analysts say the march is intended to reinforce the BJP’s image as a defender of democracy, while also countering the opposition’s claims of authoritarianism. The party’s leaders have pledged to address local grievances and promote inclusive growth during the tour.
