Bhopal's Berkhadi Vajayft Sees 1,000 Saplings Planted in 'Tree for Mother' Initiative

In the outskirts of Bhopal, the Anunay Education and Welfare Society organized a large‑scale tree‑planting drive at Berkhadi Vajayft, where 1,000 saplings were planted under the banner of its "Tree for Mother" pledge. The event drew volunteers from the local community and was overseen by society officials who guided the planting process. The society has been conducting similar campaigns for the past six years, steadily increasing the number of trees added to the city’s green cover. In addition to the planting, the organization took on the responsibility of caring for the saplings, ensuring they receive proper watering and protection as they grow. This initiative reflects the society’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement in Bhopal.
