The Assam Department of Medical Education has announced that the deadline for registering for the NEET PG 2026 Round‑1 has ended today, and candidates can now begin filling their choice lists tomorrow via the official portal.
The Assam Department of Medical Education (DME) confirmed that the registration window for NEET PG 2026 Round‑1 closed at 11:59 PM on 31 March 2026. All applicants who completed the online registration before the cut‑off are now eligible to submit their choice lists.
Choice filling will commence tomorrow, 1 April 2026, on the official portal dme.assam.gov. Candidates must log in using their registration credentials, review the list of available seats, and rank their preferred institutions and specialties.
The DME has urged candidates to verify their personal details and ensure that all required documents are uploaded before submitting the choice list. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification from the allocation process.
