Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said the BJP-led administration has revived investor confidence in Uttar Pradesh and that the state will not tolerate any mafia influence.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed the media on Thursday, asserting that the BJP government in Uttar Pradesh has succeeded in rebuilding confidence among investors. He said the renewed trust is evident from the growing interest of businesses in the state's projects and initiatives.
The CM highlighted that the administration has undertaken several measures to improve the ease of doing business, streamline approvals and provide a transparent regulatory environment. These steps, he added, are aimed at attracting long‑term capital and fostering sustainable growth.
Adityanath also warned that the state will not tolerate any mafia or criminal elements that seek to disrupt the investment climate. He reiterated the government's zero‑tolerance policy towards illegal activities that could jeopardise economic development.
The remarks come as the BJP seeks to showcase Uttar Pradesh as a hub for industrial and infrastructural investment ahead of upcoming national elections, positioning development and law‑and‑order as key pillars of its governance.
