Uttar Pradesh has unveiled plans to develop an International Trade City in Noida, a move aimed at boosting the state's export potential.
The proposed complex, to be situated on a 100‑acre site in Noida, would feature state‑of‑the‑art logistics hubs, exhibition centres and dedicated zones for foreign‑direct‑investment firms.
Officials say the project will create thousands of jobs, streamline export processes and position Uttar Pradesh as a key hub for international trade in North India.
A feasibility study is slated to begin next month, with construction expected to start in 2025 and the first phase completed by 2027.
