Uttar Pradesh piled up a massive 540 runs to crush Bihar in their latest Ranji Trophy encounter, marking one of the highest team scores in the season.
The Uttar Pradesh cricket team registered a colossal 540 runs in their recent Ranji Trophy match against Bihar, underscoring their batting depth and form. The innings featured several centuries, with the top order laying a solid foundation before the middle order accelerated the scoring rate.
Bihar struggled to contain the onslaught, losing wickets at regular intervals and failing to build any significant partnerships. Their bowlers could not find the required penetration, allowing the visitors to amass runs at a brisk pace.
The 540-run total places Uttar Pradesh among the highest-scoring sides in this year's tournament and boosts their chances of securing a favorable position in the group standings. Bihar, on the other hand, will look to regroup and address their bowling deficiencies ahead of the next round.
Both teams will now turn their attention to upcoming fixtures, with Uttar Pradesh hoping to maintain momentum and Bihar aiming to bounce back after a heavy defeat.
