Two members of the CJP from Jharkhand have withdrawn their plans to join a protest in Delhi, the newspaper reported.
Two members of the CJP based in Jharkhand have decided not to travel to Delhi for a protest that was scheduled later this week, according to a report in The Indian Express. The protest, organized by the party to voice concerns on national issues, was expected to draw participants from several states.
The cancellation was confirmed by sources close to the members, who said the decision was taken after the planned travel arrangements fell through. No official statement from the CJP has been released to explain the change.
The party’s leadership in Delhi has not commented on the absence of the Jharkhand delegates, and the protest is set to proceed with other scheduled participants.
