Three siblings were discovered dead inside a locked apartment in Maharashtra, with investigators leaning towards suicide by poisoning.
Police in Maharashtra responded to a report of a locked flat where three siblings were later found dead. The bodies were discovered after authorities forced entry following a complaint from a neighbor about a foul smell.
Preliminary investigations indicated no signs of forced entry or struggle, leading investigators to consider the possibility of a self‑inflicted act. Toxicology samples have been sent for analysis to determine whether poison was involved.
Forensic teams are conducting a detailed post‑mortem examination, and the case remains open pending the results of the toxicology report. Officials have asked the public to refrain from speculation until the inquiry is completed.
