Sasaram, Bihar, witnessed a violent incident on a local lane when a dispute over a teenager riding a fast motorcycle escalated into gunfire. According to police reports, a minor was shot and rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition. In the same altercation, another young man sustained a serious head injury, described as a fractured skull.
Medical officials confirmed that the injured minor remains under intensive care, while the second victim was admitted with a severe head wound that required immediate surgical attention. Both injuries were the result of a single exchange of gunfire that broke out shortly after the high‑speed bike ride was challenged.
Law enforcement officials arrived at the scene within minutes, secured the area, and launched a swift investigation. Six individuals were taken into custody, and a wooden bat, believed to have been used as a weapon during the confrontation, was seized from one of the suspects.
