Under the initiative, the foundation will conduct outreach activities, career counseling sessions and information drives in schools and colleges across the region. Participants will receive guidance on eligibility criteria, examination patterns and training requirements.
The move is part of Tata Steel’s broader corporate social responsibility agenda to create employment opportunities for the next generation and strengthen the nation’s security workforce.
