Indore police reported that a tanker travelling at high speed struck a brother and sister standing near the entrance of Vendas International School on Chhota Bangarda Road. The impact killed the 20‑year‑old BTech student and left her brother with life‑threatening injuries.
Emergency services rushed to the scene, extracted the victims from the wreckage and transported the injured sibling to a nearby hospital where he remains in critical condition.
