Authorities have started a special cleaning operation in Jandiala Guru that will continue until September 9.
The municipal administration of Jandiala Guru has inaugurated a focused cleanliness drive aimed at clearing streets, public spaces and drainage systems. The operation, announced earlier this week, will run through September 9, with teams deployed across the town to collect solid waste and remove debris.
Officials say the campaign is part of ongoing efforts to improve sanitation ahead of upcoming local events and to align with national cleanliness initiatives. Temporary waste collection points have been set up, and residents are being urged to cooperate by segregating waste and avoiding littering.
