Sikkim CM Calls on Youth to Become Entrepreneurs, Build 'State of Opportunity Creators'

During a public address, Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang urged the state's youth to embrace entrepreneurship as a path to personal and collective growth. He highlighted that fostering a culture of innovation and risk‑taking would position Sikkim as a regional model for opportunity creation. The CM emphasized that the government is ready to provide support through incentives, mentorship programmes and easier access to finance for budding entrepreneurs. By encouraging young talent to start their own ventures, the state aims to boost employment, diversify its economy and reduce dependency on traditional sectors.
