The 30,000‑sq‑ft plant is equipped with state‑of‑the‑art machining and assembly lines designed to produce high‑precision components for aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles.
The facility is expected to create around 500 jobs in the region and will support the Indian Armed Forces' push for indigenous production of aerospace parts.
Sigma Advanced Systems said the plant will also serve as a hub for research and development of next‑generation aerospace technologies.
The company plans to expand its footprint in the region, with further investments in advanced manufacturing and workforce training programmes.
