The Sesa Football Academy was honoured with 11 trophies at the Goa Football Association Awards, underscoring its dominance in state football.
The Goa Football Association (GFA) recently held its annual awards ceremony, recognising excellence across the state's football ecosystem. Among the night’s highlights, Sesa Football Academy emerged as the biggest winner, taking home a total of eleven honours.
The accolades spanned a range of categories, reflecting the academy’s strength at both youth and senior levels. While the specific award titles were not disclosed, the breadth of the haul indicates recognition for coaching, player development, and competitive performance.
Academy officials said the sweep validates years of investment in grassroots programmes and scouting networks that feed talent into Goa’s football pipeline. The success is expected to boost the academy’s profile ahead of upcoming regional tournaments.
Looking forward, Sesa Football Academy aims to convert this momentum into further on‑field achievements, hoping to nurture more players for state and national squads.
