Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) in Kota reported that a student was found deceased inside his hostel room on Monday. Campus authorities confirmed the body was discovered by other residents and that police were informed immediately.
Students staying in the same hostel gathered outside the administration block, demanding an explanation for the apparent delay in providing medical attention to the victim.
