The Rajasthan Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RECO) has opened applications for the 14th phase of its Direct Allocation Scheme‑2025, offering over 4,700 industrial and logistics plots across 94 zones until 12 October.
Jaipur, 5 Oct 2024 – The Rajasthan Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RECO) announced the start of the 14th phase of its Direct Allocation Scheme‑2025 under the Rising Rajasthan initiative. The phase makes more than 4,700 industrial and logistics plots available across 94 designated industrial zones in the state.
The scheme is aimed at accelerating manufacturing and supply‑chain growth by providing ready‑to‑develop land parcels to entrepreneurs, MSMEs and large enterprises. Interested parties can submit applications online, with the deadline fixed for 12 October 2024.
RECO officials indicated that the allocation will be done on a first‑come, first‑served basis, subject to eligibility criteria and compliance with environmental norms. The move is expected to boost investment inflows and generate employment opportunities in Rajasthan’s emerging industrial corridors.
