Retired Judge Giribala Singh, Son Samarth to be Tried in Twisha Sharma Murder Case

The Twisha Sharma murder case will be heard in the same court that earlier granted anticipatory bail to retired judge Giribala Singh, with his son Samarth also charged.
The criminal case concerning the death of Twisha Sharma has been scheduled to proceed in the same court that previously granted anticipatory bail to retired judge Giribala Singh. The court will now also hear the charges against his son, Samarth, who has been named an accused in the investigation.
