Re-polling set for three Tripura Village Council seats tomorrow

Tripura's Election Commission has announced that re-polling will be held tomorrow for three constituencies in the ongoing Village Council (VC) elections. The decision was reported by Tripuratimes, which confirmed the schedule without providing further details on the specific locations. Voters in the affected seats will be asked to cast their ballots again to ensure a conclusive result. The re-polling is part of the standard procedure to address any irregularities identified during the initial voting phase. Authorities have urged eligible voters to participate to uphold the democratic process.

The re-polling exercise underscores the importance of transparent electoral practices in the northeastern state. Election officials have reiterated that the process will be closely monitored to maintain credibility. Voter turnout and the final outcome will be closely watched by local political observers.

Tripuratimes will continue to update the public as more information becomes available regarding the re-polling logistics and any subsequent steps in the VC election timeline.
