RCF Employees Protest in Jalandhar Over Reduced Incentive Pay

RCF staff in Jalandhar staged a protest after receiving a lower incentive payment, demanding a review of the scheme.
RCF employees in Jalandhar gathered outside the regional office on Thursday to protest a reduction in their incentive payments. The workers, who are part of the Railway Construction Force, said the new amount fell short of what was promised in their employment contracts.
During the demonstration, the staff demanded a meeting with senior officials to discuss the discrepancy and to seek a reinstatement of the original incentive figures. They also called for transparent communication regarding any future changes to the payment structure.
RCF authorities have yet to issue a formal response to the protest. The employees remain on strike, holding signs that read "Fair Incentives for All" and "RCF Employees Deserve Their Due."
