Rapido Rider Exposed as Informant for Bishnoi Gang, Filmed Celebrity Homes for a Year

Police investigations into the Bishnoi gang have uncovered that a Rapido rider acted as an informant, covertly filming the homes of various celebrities for a full year. The rider used his legitimate rideshare role to gain access to private residences, capturing footage without the owners’ knowledge.

The recorded videos were then transmitted to members of the Bishnoi gang, who are suspected of using the material for intimidation or blackmail. Authorities are examining the extent of the surveillance and the potential legal breaches involved.

The case has raised concerns about privacy violations and the misuse of ride‑sharing platforms for illicit activities. Law enforcement officials have announced that the rider faces charges related to unlawful surveillance and conspiracy.

Investigators are continuing to trace the chain of communication to determine how the videos were shared and whether other individuals were involved.
