The annual Ramleela festivities will continue in Mohali, with the Ram Darbar scheduled for decoration on 20 October.
Mohali will host its customary Ramleela performances this year, keeping alive a cultural tradition that draws participants and spectators from the surrounding region. Organisers have confirmed that the central attraction – the Ram Darbar – will be erected on 20 October as part of the scheduled programme.
Local cultural groups are coordinating the set‑up, ensuring that the stage, lighting and decorative elements reflect the traditional aesthetics associated with the epic tale. The event is expected to attract families and devotees who gather to witness the enactment of Lord Rama's life story.
Authorities have been briefed on crowd management and safety measures, although no specific details on attendance limits have been released. The Ram Darbar will serve as the focal point for the concluding segments of the Ramleela, culminating in the traditional victory celebration.
