Superstar Rajinikanth has joined Prabhas as the only Indian actors with four films each grossing over ₹500 crore worldwide. The milestone highlights his lasting box‑office strength.
The achievement places Rajinikanth in an elite group of Indian stars whose films have crossed the half‑billion‑rupee mark. Until now, Prabhas was the sole actor to have four such blockbusters to his credit. Rajinikanth’s latest releases have pushed his tally to four, matching the record.
Reaching the ₹500 crore club is considered a benchmark of massive commercial success in Indian cinema. It reflects not only the star’s pull but also the scale of production and audience reach. Rajinikanth’s career, spanning several decades, continues to demonstrate his ability to draw massive crowds across languages and regions.
Industry observers note that this feat underscores the enduring appeal of veteran stars who can still deliver pan‑India hits. With this milestone, Rajinikanth reaffirms his status as one of the most bankable names in the entertainment business.
