Congress leader Rahul Gandhi remarked that Gyanesh Kumar is losing sleep and is unlikely to endure in the role of Chief Election Commissioner.
During a recent public statement, senior Congress figure Rahul Gandhi commented on Gyanesh Kumar's health, saying the individual is unable to get sleep at night. Gandhi added that, because of this condition, Kumar is unlikely to survive the pressures of the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) post.
The Chief Election Commissioner heads India's election machinery, a role that demands sustained stamina and resilience. Gandhi's observation suggests concerns about Kumar's capacity to meet these demands.
No official response from Gyanesh Kumar or the Election Commission has been recorded as of now, and the remark remains a political comment made by Gandhi.
