The Pro Wrestling League has released the dates for its sixth season and confirmed Delhi as the host city for the tournament.
The Pro Wrestling League (PWL) officially announced the calendar for its sixth edition, confirming that the competition will be staged in the national capital, Delhi. The league’s statement, reported by Telangana Today, detailed the start and end dates of the season, though the exact schedule was not disclosed in the brief release.
Delhi’s selection as the venue highlights the league’s strategy to tap into the city’s large sports‑enthusiast base and existing infrastructure. The capital has previously hosted major sporting events, and PWL’s return is expected to draw significant crowds and media attention.
The tournament will feature teams representing various Indian states and territories, competing across multiple weight categories. As a professional platform, PWL aims to showcase both domestic talent and international wrestlers, contributing to the growth of wrestling as a mainstream sport in India.
Organisers have indicated that ticket sales and broadcast arrangements will be announced in the coming weeks, inviting fans to follow the action live from the Delhi arena or via televised coverage.
