The Kannada movie Premada Oorali crossed the 24‑day mark to overtake James, securing the ninth spot among the highest‑grossing Kannada films nationwide.
Premada Oorali completed its 24th day at the box office and, according to trade reports, edged past the film James to rank ninth among Kannada movies with the highest gross earnings across India.
The milestone places the film in the top‑ten list of Kannada cinema's commercial successes, a notable achievement for a regional production competing on a national scale.
Industry analysts noted that reaching the ninth position underscores the growing audience appetite for Kannada content beyond the state, reflecting broader trends in Indian regional cinema.
The film's performance is expected to influence distribution strategies for upcoming Kannada releases, as producers aim to replicate its box‑office trajectory.
No official revenue figures were disclosed, but the ranking itself signals a strong market response for Premada Oorali during its third week of theatrical run.
