Actor Pratik Gandhi has remarked that the film industry lacks a proven formula to achieve a ₹100‑crore box‑office haul.
Actor Pratik Gandhi, who has recently gained acclaim for his performances in both film and theatre, stated that the Indian film industry does not yet possess a reliable method to secure a ₹100‑crore box‑office collection. He emphasized that while many movies aim for this benchmark, the path to achieving it remains uncertain and varies from film to film.
Gandhi pointed out that factors such as audience preferences, marketing strategies, and release timing all play a role, yet no single formula guarantees success. His comments came during a media briefing where he discussed the challenges faced by filmmakers in the current market.
The actor’s remarks highlight the ongoing debate among industry insiders about how to consistently produce high‑grossing films in an increasingly competitive entertainment landscape.
