Police Arrest Suspect in 90,000 Rupee Theft from Devra House, 68,000 Recovered

Police in the Chandia police station area of Madhya Pradesh arrested Purushottam Baiga after a 90,000‑rupee theft was reported from a house in Devra village. The suspect admitted to breaking the lock of the cupboard to access the money. During the arrest, authorities seized 68,000 rupees in cash from Baiga’s possession, leaving a shortfall of 22,000 rupees.
