Omar Abdullah vows to reverse Article 370 changes, cites Robert Frost

Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah announced his intent to reverse the 2019 abrogation of Article 370, which had granted the state special autonomy. In a statement delivered at a public gathering, he quoted the American poet Robert Frost, underscoring a sense of unfinished business. Abdullah said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have not forgotten the promise of autonomy and that reconciliation remains pending. The move signals a push by the opposition to challenge the central government's decision and could prompt renewed political negotiations.
