The audit examines how DMF funds are allocated and spent at the district level, assessing whether the financial management aligns with state guidelines.
It also reviews the functioning of 5T schools, evaluating resource allocation and compliance with education standards, and checks the issuance and usage of e‑way bills to ensure proper tax compliance.
Additionally, the report evaluates water supply initiatives, verifying that funds are used appropriately and that projects are implemented as planned. The CAG recommends corrective measures to enhance transparency and efficiency across these sectors.
