NVY has introduced a new television model that incorporates an internal battery, promising up to three hours of power backup during outages. The company says the feature aims to provide uninterrupted viewing in areas with frequent electricity cuts.
NVY announced the launch of its latest television series featuring a built‑in rechargeable battery. The integrated power unit is designed to keep the screen running for approximately three hours when the mains supply fails.
According to the company, the battery activates automatically upon detecting a power cut, allowing viewers to continue watching without needing an external UPS or generator. NVY claims the technology is especially useful for households in regions with irregular electricity supply.
The launch was highlighted in a press release shared with The Times of India, though NVY did not disclose pricing, availability dates or technical specifications of the battery capacity. Industry observers note that such integrated backup solutions remain rare in the consumer TV market.
