The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission will hold the Assistant District Public Prosecutor exam on 1 Nov 2026 at 39 centres in Indore, with 15,924 aspirants required to clear CCTV, biometric and metal‑detector screening and report 90 minutes early.

Indore, Madhya Pradesh – On 1 November 2026, the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) will conduct the Assistant District Public Prosecutor (ADPP) examination for 15,924 candidates across 39 test centres in the city. The commission has announced that each venue will be equipped with closed‑circuit television, biometric verification devices and metal detectors to ensure a secure environment.

Candidates are instructed to reach the examination hall at least ninety minutes before the scheduled start time. This early‑arrival requirement is intended to allow sufficient time for identity verification and security screening without delaying the exam schedule.

The MPPSC has emphasized that only four items – a government‑issued photo ID, a pen, a transparent water bottle and a single sheet of handwritten notes – will be permitted inside the hall. Any other material, including electronic devices, will be confiscated at the entry points.

These measures come as part of a broader effort by state authorities to curb malpractice and maintain the integrity of competitive examinations. The commission has urged aspirants to comply fully with the guidelines to avoid disqualification.

The ADPP exam is a key step for candidates seeking a career in the district legal system, and the results will be announced later in the year.
